A Chicken Hotel

This is a Hipmunk post from Jodi Ettenberg of Legal Nomads.

A short post to highlight what could be a booming business in strange and small lodging options: a chicken hotel, for when you are out of town and cannot look after your hens.

Started by Julie, in Cowden, England, the hotel charges £7 per pen per night. While not likely to catch on too quickly, with a trend of urban chickens on the rise, who knows when it will come across the pond to the USA.

Of courses, it’s called Fowlty Towers, a play on the class British comedy Fawlty Towers. :)
