One Swedish couple experienced unbelievably terrible luck on their honeymoon.
Stefan and Erika Svanstrom of Stockholm embarked on their four-month honeymoon in Dec. with their infant daughter in tow. Little did they know they would encounter six natural disasters along the way, making the trip quite literally a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
At least the marriage can’t possibly be as bad as that honeymoon. Wow. What awful luck for these newlyweds. Granted, the toll has been much worse for many of the people living in these six disaster zones, but stories like this do make us appreciate what we’ve got.
And when travel does go wrong, hopefully it’ll never go quite this wrong. We can’t factor agony like this into our flight search.
